Hello everyone,
This is just a small reminder that you are never alone and there is always help. Just as a general FYI the admin of this site has email and message that you could always shoot a message to and talk to. We are here to help everyone and want to make it our mission to make sure the total number of suicides is decreased. Even if you have a friend that is going through a hard time and you don't know how to deal with it, shoot us a message and we will give you information and advice on how to help.
