Hello All,
Choosing the right time to engage in sex is difficult; that being said there is absolutely no reason to rush into anything. Sex is a very intimate action and needs to be thought over carefully before going ahead and having relations with someone. ALWAYS use protection when you do decide to have sex, never have unprotected sex. Now that my disclaimers are out of the way the story time begins.
I lost my virginity at the age of 14. I was very young and thought I was going to spend the rest of my life with the person I was currently dating. This was my first boyfriend and we never thought we would separate, oh how nice it was to be in young love. I remember feeling scared, nervous, and so many more emotions; that I couldn't keep up. My head was spinning and the only thought in my mind was "This is the start of our forever relationship." In my young head having sex was a way to justify our relationship and secure us through a bond that was closer than any other you could possibly have. I was wrong in the end but, that's what young love does to you.
In conclusion, just remember that you are in control of your body and there is no rush to have sex with anyone. Be cautious and always protect yourself when you do have sex. If you need more advice please feel free to reach out to myself or other admin.
